Viking Invasion

I am glad I came. At some point this afternoon I had considered staying away from the Launch of Carnival but now I am glad that I came. There was a Viking invasion about nine this evening that was a sight to behold. I must tell you that I absolutely love my country. Only in St. Lucia can a 'Viking' come to the stage and make some totally incomprehensible noises and have the thousands of Lucians in attendance go wild.

If you ask me that is one of the things that makes St. Lucia carnival such a unique and spectacular experience. You are always quaranteed to have a great time. If one is not apparent at first we will create one ourselves. I am willing to bet my bottom dollar, (or is it my last dollar?), that at no other carnival would it be possible to even hear a song like the Viking's much less have it have such an impact on the crowd. If you are not yet in St. Lucia, you need to buy a ticket, pack a bag, hop on a plane and come on over. You will get to party like a Viking and have a great time doing it too. St. Lucia Carnival is truly Lucian and truly 2KGreat.
