National Carnival Queen Show 2011 Contestant Application Form (doc) National Carnival Queen Show 2011 Contestant Application Form (pdf) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Contestant must:

  • Be a citizen of Saint Lucia
  • Be between 17 and 26 years
  • Not be married and have never been married
  • Not be pregnant and have never borne a child
  • Possess a minimum of 5 CXC passes at grades 1, 2 and/or 3 (English & Mathematics compulsory)
  • Be talented (eg Dance, Drama, Music etc)

Completed forms and one (1) 8 x 10 colour photograph should be submitted to the Cultural Development Foundation no later than Wednesday 4th May, 2011.
